Terms of Service

The Site provides information about my consulting services, books, and newsletter, and may offer automated website and AI-visibility audits for selected companies. Audits are informational reports generated from publicly available data about the audited website.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You will not:

• Attempt to access audits, data, or systems you are not authorized to access;
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site or its infrastructure;
• Submit false, misleading, or another person's information through forms;
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site, including through automated abuse or scraping;
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with a company.

Access to audit pages is restricted to invited companies and authorized email addresses. I may suspend or revoke access at my discretion.

Content on the Site — including audits, scores, recommendations, books, and case-study metrics — is provided for general informational purposes. Past results and examples do not guarantee future outcomes. Any engagement for consulting services is governed by a separate written agreement.

The Site's content, design, text, graphics, and branding are owned by or licensed to Kevin Kaniel and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and share links to the Site, but you may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute substantial portions of it without written permission.

Book titles, cover art, and descriptions remain the property of their respective rights holders; purchase links may direct you to third-party retailers such as Amazon.

The Site links to third-party websites and services. I do not control and am not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your dealings with those third parties are between you and them.

The Site and any audits are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. I do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that audit data will be complete or current.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kevin Kaniel will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Site or reliance on any content or audit. My total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kevin Kaniel from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

I may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
