Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 30, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Kevin Kaniel ("I", "me", "my") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit kevinkaniel.com (the "Site"), submit a form, request an audit, or otherwise interact with my services.

1. Information I collect

Information you provide directly. When you fill out a form, request an audit, or contact me, I may collect your name, email address, phone number, website URL, company details, and anything else you choose to share (such as your goals, revenue range, or marketing challenges).

Audit information. If you access a site audit, I collect the email address you use to unlock it and the public website data analyzed for that audit.

Automatic information. Like most websites, the Site may collect standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited, used for security and to understand how the Site performs.

2. How I use your information

I use the information I collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and schedule intro calls;
  • Prepare and deliver website and AI-visibility audits;
  • Provide, operate, and improve my services and this Site;
  • Send you relevant follow-ups about your request (you can opt out at any time);
  • Protect the Site against abuse, spam, and unauthorized access.

3. How I share your information

I do not sell your personal information. I may share it only with service providers who help me run the Site and my business (for example, hosting, database, email, and messaging tools such as Slack for internal lead notifications), and only as needed for those purposes. I may also disclose information if required by law or to protect my rights.

4. Cookies

The Site uses a small number of cookies. Audit pages use a signed, httpOnly access cookie so you don't have to re-enter your email on every visit; it expires after 30 days. No third-party advertising cookies are intentionally set by this Site.

5. Data retention

I keep form submissions and audit access records for as long as needed to respond to you, maintain my business records, and meet legal obligations. You can ask me to delete your information at any time (see "Your choices" below).

6. Security

I use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and row-level security on the database. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but I work to protect your data and limit access to it.

7. Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or opt out of marketing messages, at any time by emailing [email protected]. I will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

8. Third-party links

The Site links to third-party sites (such as Amazon book pages and social profiles). I am not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites; please review their policies separately.

9. Children's privacy

The Site and my services are intended for businesses and adults. I do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

10. Changes to this policy

I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
